1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Service charge monies
The cash balance and other assets representing service charge monies received by the company in accordance with the terms of the lease agreement are held in trust under section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
