Basis of preparation

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the small companies regime.

The company has transitioned from preparing accounts under FRS 102 Section 1A to FRS 105 in the current year. The prior year figures have been re-stated to fall in line with the new standard resulting in the removal of a deferred tax liability through retained earnings.
