In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Ameon Utilities (Holdings) Limited for the period ended 31 March 2015 set out on pages 2 to 4 from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.

Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Ameon Utilities (Holdings) Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Ameon Utilities (Holdings) Limited, as a body, in this report in accordance with AAF 2/10 as detailed at icaew.com/compilation. Compliance with accounting standards
The financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice), which have been applied consistently (except as otherwise stated).

Investments
Fixed asset investments are stated at cost less provision for diminution in value.

Allotted, called up and fully paid
On 7 March 2014 the company issued 1 Ordinary share at par. On 31 March 2014 this share was reclassified as a B Ordinary share and the company issued a further 32 B Ordinary shares and 33 C Ordinary shares at par. All share categories rank pari passu in all regards save that rights to dividends may be varied.
