At the balance sheet date the company had net liabilities of £75,942 (2022 - £75,942) including sums due to the company director totalling £63,917 (2022 - £63,917). These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis on the assumption that the director will continue to provide financial support for the foreseeable future. The director is confident that this support will continue and that the going concern basis continues to be appropriate. No adjustments have therefore been made to the financial statements which would result should this support be withdrawn

Halliday Enterprises Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Scotland. The registered office is 30 Miller Road, Ayr, Ayrshire, KA7 2AY.

For the year ended 28 February 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
