For the period ending 31 March 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Controlling party
The Company is 100% owned by The Coaching Inn Group Limited. The Immediate Parent Company is RedCat Inns Limited who own 100% of the share capital of the Company. RedCat Inns Limited is 100% owned by RedCat Debt Company Limited who in turn is 100% owned by RedCat MidCo Limited. RedCat MidCo Limited is 100% owned by RedCat Pub Company Limited. The smallest and largest undertaking for which the company is a member and for which group financial statements are prepared is RedCat Pub Company Limited. The Ultimate Parent Company is OCM Lux Monarch Sarl, an investment fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management LP, a private equity firm. The Ultimate Controlling Party is Oaktree Opportunities Fund XI GP, LP, an investment fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management LP, a private equity management firm.

Subsequent to the year end, the trade and assets of the Company have been hived up to The Coaching Inn Group Limited.
