| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |

| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services. |

| Capitalised costs incurred in securing a franchise are being amortised on a straight line basis over the life of the |
