1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 31 March 2015. The company has not traded during the year or during the preceding financial year. During these periods, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Other accounting policies
Related party transactions

At the 31 March 2015 the company was owed £100 (2014: £100) from the parent company Safewater Management· Systems Limited, in respect of unpaid share capital. This amount is
included within debtors. All transactions were on an arms length basis.

Control

The ultimate and immediate parent company is Safewater Management Systems Limited, a company registered in England.and Wales.

K D Gorsuch is considered the controlling party of this company by virtue of this shareholding in the ultimate parent company and the fact that he is responsible for the strategic day-to-day decision making within the group.
