Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

One of the prioritised goals of this business is to be as inclusive as possible. To create a safe space for anyone who wishes to venture through the doors. No judgement, prejudice, and a no-tolerance policy to racism, homophobia, and discrimination of any type. The business wants the customer to feel welcome, comfortable and curious about what it has to offer. It will be a space that celebrates Welsh culture as well as other cultural groups represented within Wales. The business will also try to gather knowledge and understanding of the needs of people who suffer from mental health and those who are neurodiverse.
