These abbreviated accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime as set out in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
 
For the financial period ended 31 December 2014, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006; and no notice has been deposited under section 476.

1 . ACCOUNTING POLICIES
 
BASIS OF ACCOUNTING
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
 
INTANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS
Intangible fixed assets (including purchased goodwill and patents) are amortised at rates calculated to write off the assets on a straight line basis over their estimated useful economic lives. Impairment of intangible assets is reviewed where circumstances indicate that the carrying value of an asset may not be fully recoverable.
 
TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS AND DEPRECIATION
Tangible assets other than freehold land and investment properties are depreciated at
the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful
life.
 
Fixtures and fittings - 25% reducing balance
 
STOCKS
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow moving items. Cost includes all direct expenditure and an appropriate proportion of fixed and variable overheads.
 
PROVISIONS
Provisions are set up only where it is probable that a present obligation exists as a
result of an event prior to the balance sheet date and that a payment will be required
in settlement that can be estimated reliably. Where material, provisions are
calculated on a discount basis.
 
TURNOVER
Turnover represents net sales of goods provided, excluding Value Added Tax.
 
 
GOING CONCERN
The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis due to the ongoing
