3Fixed assets Investments
The subsidiary undertakings of the company are Plastic Keg Manufacturing Company Limited and Plastic Keg Contracts Limited and £100 has been invested in each company. Plastic Keg Co Limited holds 100% of the Ordinary shares in both companies and the aggregate of the share capital and reserves in both companies as at 31 January 2015 was £(22,947) and £(350) respectively.
