For the year ending 31 October 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. -
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006. -

Advances and credits
At 1st November 2022 the director owed the company £1,629. During the year the director borrowed £372 from the company and paid interest of £75. Interest is payable annually on 31st March and is charged at the official rate. At 31st October 2023 the director owes the company £2,076. The loan was repaid in full after the year end.
