The investment property represents a freehold reversionary interest in 60 Redcliffe Gardens, London SW10. This was vested in the company's name at £nil. Due to the restrictions on selling the freehold reversionary interest the directors have valued this at 31 March 2023 at £nil. In the event that the restrictions were removed the directors have valued the freehold reversion at £410,000 at 31 March 2023. |
