The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

1	Accounting policies
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.


2	Limited by Guarantee

	The company is limited by guarantee, and therefore has no share capital. Every member of the company has agreed to contribute a maximum of £1 to the company should it be wound up while a member or within a year after ceasing to be a member.
