During the year P Brownsmith had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £13,567 (2022 : £14,962) and the maximum balance outstanding during the year was £20,880 (2022 : £18,180).

To the extent that any part of the loan remains outstanding by 31 October 2023 the company would be required to pay 33.75% tax, subsequently recoverable on the repayment of the loan.
