1 Statutory information
RIDERCISE LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 11855481. The registered office is 160 KEMP HOUSE, CITY ROAD, LONDON, EC1V 2NX, UNITED KINGDOM.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Going Concern: The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will continue to trade. The directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on this basis as the directors provide sufficient funds to enable the company to meet its day to day working capital requirements. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from a withdrawal of the support provided by the directors. During the year there was an Inter Company loan of £13,450.00 written of between Ridercise Limited and CG Enterprise Limited, which is also a company wholly owned by Clare Gangadeen.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2022: 1).

For the year ending 31 March 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
