1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 280 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the period. The company received no income and incurred no expenditure therefore made neither profit nor loss.

Other accounting policies
There have been no transactions with related parties.

The company is controlled by and is a wholly owned subsidiary of HTA Asset Management Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
