1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2022: 1).

2. Director Advances Credits Note

   An interest-free loan to one director subsisted during the year. The balance outstanding at the start of the period was £2,000 (2022: £807). Further amounts were advanced during the year of £21,472 (2022: £2,821). Amounts were repaid during the year of £19,416 (2022: 1,628). The closing loan balance was £4,056 (2022: £2,000) with no fixed date for repayment.
