For the year ending 15 June 2015 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

    Turnover policy

    Turnover relates to the production of the film entitled "St Trinian's" and is stated after trade discounts, other taxes and net of VAT. Turnover is recognised by reference to signed contracts for the funding of the film. The company has now fulfilled all of its delivery requirements and the directors do not anticipate any significant trading activity in forthcoming years.

    Other accounting policies

    DORMANT STATUS The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 15 June 2015. The company has not traded during the year or the preceding year. During the year, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss
