1. Accounting policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The attached financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. The company has taken advantage of the exemption from preparing a cash flow statement conferred by FRS1 on the grounds that it is entitled to the exemptions available in section 246 to 247 of the Companies Act 1985 for small companies.

2 . Turnover
Turnover represents service charge contributions receivable from lessees of the flats within 6 Fordwych Road to meet property maintenance expenditure. Service charge contributions for the period ending March 2015 totaled £13,420 (2014 - £2,181).

3 . Operating profit or (loss)
Operating profit or (loss) before tax as stated after charging the following.
2015 2014 £ £ Bad debts written off: 107 0 Administrative expenses consists of: property maintenance (£12,249), insurance (£1,171), and cash balance written off because the Directors have been unable to access the cash and Barclays has closed the bank account due to inactivity (£107).
