1. Accounting basis and standards
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
2. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2022: Nil).
3. Company Information
