Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made loans to a director of the company Mr S J Goss (2021: loan advances of £30,267 and loan repayments of £27,528). The loans were repayable to the company on demand and a summary of the aggregate loan advances and repayments is shown below. No interest was payable on the loans during the year (2021: none).

Related party transactions
During the year the company received loans from Mr S J Goss who is a director and joint shareholder of the company. The loans were repayable to the company on demand and the balance outstanding on the loans at the end of the year was £11,675 (2021: £nil). No interest was charged on the loans during the year (2021: none). Other than transactions disclosed in note 'Directors' advances, credits and guarantees', no other transactions with related parties were undertaken during the year such as are required to be disclosed under the FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland'.
