1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax.

Goodwill
Goodwill, being the amount paid in connection with the acquisition of a business in 2014, is being amortised evenly over its estimated useful life of twenty years.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.


Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

The company has acquired the business of Ten-K Electronic Services Partnership, a well established company in
the circuit board manufacturers.

5. DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDITS AND GUARANTEES

At the Balance Sheet date the balance due from the company to the directors was £1,000,002.

6. BUSINESS ACQUISITION

The directors are pleased to report that on the 1st December 2013 the company started activity by taking over the
operation of a business, Ten-K Electronics. The directors report that they are the partners and owners of that
business which is now being operated by the company.

The contract agreement between the parties is that the company would take over the operation and run the
business for a period with the aim that both parties would be satisfied with the arrangement. On 31st May 2014
the sale contract crystallised the disposal of the business and goodwill was valued at a figure of £1,080,000 in the
commercial agreement between the parties.

The directors are of the opinion that the proceeds for acquisition of this business are calculated on a commercial
basis.
