Directors' benefits: advances, credit and guarantees
Included in current assets is a loan to one of the directors of £nil (2022: £815). Advances in the year totalled £270 (2022: £15,509) with amounts repaid totalling £1,085 (2022: £15,443). The loan was unsecured and repayable on demand.

Cramer & Bell Ltd is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Unit Lg01, Peer House, 8-14 Verulam Street, London, WC1X 8LZ.
For the year ended 31 January 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
