Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The directors have made an assessment about the company's ability to continue as a going concern and they do not consider there to be any material uncertainties. As a result they have adopted the going concern basis of accounting. |

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2022 - NIL). |
4. | TANGIBLE FIXED ASSETS |
The land at Redford Court is owned by the company freehold. However, due to the length of the leases held by the members the land is considered to have no value. Therefore it is included within the financial statements at a nil value. |
