Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax, except in respect of service contracts where turnover is recognised when the company obtains the right to consideration.

Related Party Transactions
The company is a management company and each owner of the properties at 1 Park Road is both a director and shareholder. The income of the company is represented by service charges contributed equally by each owner. The income is used in defraying total expenditure on the properties and amounted to £7,500 (2021: £7,500).
Included in accruals & deferred income is £125 (2021: £125) compromising service charge income received in advance.
