The abbreviated accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

NOTES TO THE ABBREVIATED ACCOUNTS
for the year ended 31st March 2015

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

The company was dormant throughout the year ended 31st March 2015. However, reference to information
relating to the year ended 31st March 2014 has been made where appropriate.

Changes in accounting policies
The company has changed its accounting policy to exclude service charge monies collected and paid for the
maintenance of the property, as separate service charge accounts have been prepared.

Turnover
Turnover represents charges to members of the company for the communal services of residents of the
properties.

2. MEMBERS GUARANTEE

The company is limited by guarantee without a share capital. In the event of the company being wound up, the
members' guarantee to contribute up to £1 to fund any deficiency of assets.
