These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions applicable to Companies subject to the small Companies regime. They do not contain a business review.For the year ended 30th November 2022 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small Companies.The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.These financial statements were approved by the board of directors by remote vote on Thursday 13th July 2023.

Company activities and impact
Congerstone Kickstart CIC aim is to provide a community building with toilet facilities in accompaniment with the multi use games area. Local community groups and local people can hire this facility outside of school hours and during the school holidays. The Directors of Congerstone Kickstart CIC can report that we raised funds of £10550 through charitable donations from local charities, businesses, community groups, local parish councils and the Rural Community Council. The new community buildings were installed during October 2021. Then electric and plumbing works completed. The path top coat was laid and plans made for fencing, a new gate way and a booking website. Playmate sessions are being held in the facility for local families.
