These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime of the Companies Act 2006.

For the year ended 29 November 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (March 2018) and the Companies Act 2006.

Going concern

At the balance sheet date, the company had net liabilities of £139,745 (2021 : £139,025). The ability of the company to continue trading is dependent on the continued support of the directors and the company’s creditors. The directors are of the opinion that the company will continue to receive this support and on this basis considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from the withdrawal of support by the directors and the creditors of the company.

Cash and cash equivalents

Cash is represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty or notice of not more than 24 hours.

Trade and other creditors

Short term creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities, including bank loans, are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.
