The CIC was formed to provide sports coaching to 16-18 year olds with the aim of:Keeping young people active, fit and healthySupporting other youth groups and sports facilitiesProviding additional sports activities for the communityIn addition, the aim was to recruit 16-18 year olds to a programme of further education and:Keep local students within the local education systemContribute to the areas efforts to improve social mobility for young peopleHowever in the year no activity has taken place.
