| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The financial statement have been prepared on the going concern basis, the validity of which depends upon the |
| ability of the company to meet its obligations as they fall due. At 31 May 2015 the company's current liabilities |
| exceeded its current assets by £100.Therefore the company is dependent on the continued financial support of |
| its subsidiary company, ECO2 Solar Limited is a profitable trading company as shown in notes.The Directors |
| believe that this financial support will continue to be available for the foreseeable future. The financial |
| statements do not include any adjustments that would result from a withdrawal of this support. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Preparation of consolidated financial statements |
| The financial statements contain information about Eco2 Solutions Group Limited as an individual company |
| and do not contain consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company has taken the |
| option under Section 398 of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare consolidated financial statements. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the |
| balance sheet date. |
