Company Remained Mainly Dormant in this period. Was used to just pay into a private pension which had been set up a while ago.
Money paid into Business bank account from directors personal account and same amount paid out into private pension company.
Money paid into business account had already been taxed at source by company employing Director due to IR35 regulations. Direct debit for personal pension has now been changed over and company I will be looking to shut company down as it no longer trades.
