The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006 as applied to LLPs by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

One Health Spine Clinic LLP is registered in England and Wales. The LLP's registered number and registered office address can be found on the General Information page.

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Designated Members have reviewed and considered relevant information, including the annual budget and future cash flows in making their assessment.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is in Pounds Sterling and rounded to the nearest pound.

Significant judgements and estimates

In preparing the financial statements it is necessary to make certain judgements, estimates and assumptions that affect the amounts recognised in the financial statements. These assumptions are reassessed annually as part of the accounts preparation process.

The critical judgments that the Members have made in the process of applying the LLP's accounting policies that have the most significant effect on the statutory financial statements are discussed below.

(i) Recoverability of debtors

The LLP establishes a provisions for debtors that are estimated not to be recoverable. When assessing recoverability, the Members have considered factors such as the ageing of debtors, past experience of recoverability and the credit profile of individual or groups of customers.

Financial instruments

The company has elected to apply the provisions of Section 11 'Basic Financial Instruments' and Section 12 'Other Financial Instruments Issues' of FRS 102 to all of its financial instruments.

Financial instruments are recognised in the company's balance sheet when the LLP becomes party to the contractual provisions of the instrument.

Financial assets and liabilities are offset, with the net amounts presented in the financial statements, when there are legally enforceable right to offset the recognised amounts and there is an intention to settle on a net basis or to realise the asset and settle the liability simultaneously.

Financial instruments at amortised cost

The LLP trade debtor and creditor balances are measured at amortised cost taking into account bad debt provision or write offs respectively.

Turnover

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts.

Unsecured debt due to members ranks equally with debts due to other unsecured creditors in a winding up.

8.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Turnover includes £626,572 (2022: £587,220) from The One Health Group - Contracts Limited.

Management fees of £30,122 (2022: £53,835) were paid to One Health Group Plc.

Mr Binns is a director of both companies.

At the year-end, the LLP owed £1,476,871 (2022: £854,348) to One Health Group Plc, and was owed £1,542,525 (2022: £915,952) by The One Health Group - Contracts Limited. These amounts are interest-free.
