Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 30 June 2022 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

• 1. Accounting policies

  Basis of measurement and preparation

  These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

  Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

  Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates inorder to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:Plant & machinery 25% straight line

  Other accounting policies

  The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remainedunchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.Basis of preparationThe accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.Presentation currencyThe accounts are presented in £ sterling.The Highland League ArbitrationAfter losing an appeal with The Highland League there will be an amount due to be paid to The Highland League but this figurehas not yet been finalised as at the time of signing these accounts. It is expected that this will be finalised during the nextfinancial year and will be reflected in those accounts accordingly.Going concernThe major part of the company's working capital requirements has been provided by two loans from directors during the yearwhich were fully repaid by the end of the year. A further loan from Colin Wood, a previous director of the Community InterestCompany, was received in prior year (2020-21) which is repayable on demand. Colin Wood has indicated that he will notdemand repayment; however no formal agreement is in place. The final amount due to be paid to The Highland League has yet to be agreed and this will potentially have an affect on theprofitability of the company next year.The directors, having considered the above and made due enquiries, continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements which assumes that the company will continue in operation for the foreseeable future.
