1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |

2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis as the director is of the opinion that the company will meet its liabilities as and when due, due to the continued support of the director. |
Stocks |
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value, after making due allowance for obsolete and slow moving items. |
Taxation |
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |
Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
Short term debtors and creditors |
Short term debtors and creditors with no stated interest rate are recorded at transaction price. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the profit and loss account. |
Loans and borrowings |
Loans and borrowings are initially recognised at the transaction price including transactions costs. Subsequently, they are measured at amortised cost using the effective interest rate method, less impairment. |

At the balance sheet date the company owed £196,891 (2021: £194,391) to The Gardens at Yalding Ltd, £48,000 (2021: £50,000) to The Village Bakers Limited, £50,000 (2021: £50,000) to K Sports Soccer Limited and £49,500 (2021: £49,500) to House of Toam Limited, companies, of which Mr R S Clark is the director. |
At the balance sheet date the company was owed £200,000 (2021: £200,000) by Marpaul London Ltd, £468,564 (2021: £527,814) by Marpaul Holdings Ltd , £71,184 (2021: £6,436) by Marpaul Construction Ltd, £27,899 (2021: £25,899) by Marpaul management Ltd and £5,500 by Music Station Ltd, companies, of which Mr R S Clark is the director. |
