Accounting Policies
2.1.
Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006
2.2.
Going Concern Disclosure
The directors believe that the going concern basis is no longer appropriate as the directors have ceased trading and will make arrangements to wind the company up.
2.3.
Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following bases:

Related Party Transactions
Following a review carried out by the directors, trade debtors owed from foreign related companies in the amount of £240,167 (2021 - £240,167) have been written off as bad debt due to the amounts confirmed as irrecoverable.

Ultimate Controlling Party
The company's ultimate controlling party is
Mr R McKerrow (Director)
by virtue of his ownership of 100% of the issued share capital in the company.
10.
Directors' transactions
Included within other creditors is an amount of £50,233 (2020 - £50,370) owed to the director Mr R McKerrow. The loan is unsecured, interest free and no repayment terms have been agreed.
