During the year the directors Mr C Simmons and Miss H Simmons received a loan of £8,094. No interest was charged on the loan. The amount outstanding at the year end, which was repayable on demand and classified in debtors, was £8,094. The amount outstanding was repaid within 9 months of the year end.
