The Company is a private company limited by shares and is incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales (Company no. 04990755). The address of its registered office is C/O Francis Clark Llp Melville Building East, Royal William Yard, Plymouth, PL1 3RP, United Kingdom.

Advances

During the year the Company advanced £11,080 to Directors 1 and 2 (2021 - £11,080), of which £9,932 was repaid (2021 - £12,624). Interest was not charged on this amount and the balance is repayable on demand. The balance owed by the directors as at 31 December 2022 is £2,395 (2021 - £1,247).
