Notes to the financial statements

1. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees

No advances, credits or guarantees between the company and the directors were made which require to be disclosed under FRS 105.

2. Employee numbers

No employees were employed by the company during the year (2022 - nil).

3. Going concern

The company had a deficiency of assets at the balance sheet date, however this is wholly covered by long term debts owed to shareholders of the company. Therefore, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.

For the year ending 31 March 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
