Company activities and impact
Motivezcic runs personal and professional development workshops, seminars, and conferences.The financial year 2021- 2022 targeted young people aged 16 – 25 who are in education and at early careers. We have helped young people over 1000 young people get an introduction into STEM and a fraction to secure their dream roles into their chosen STEM careers such as Engineering, Fintech, Tech etc. This is achieved through working closely with STEM ambassadors, mentors and HR consultants who occupy this space.
Consultation with stakeholders
Motivezcic stakeholders are young people aged 16 – 24 who are looking into getting into science, technology, engineer and mathematics-based careers. This can varies to individuals who are currently in education or graduates, primarily focusing on individuals who come from less advantageous back ground in London city. We work directly with the community through the local councils, schools and social events which take place in these areas to ensure we reach the people who are in need the most of our service.
