1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The Financial Statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention modified to include the |
revaluation of investment properties. |
Investment properties and depreciation |
In accordance with SSAP19, the investment property is valued annually and any surplus on valuation is credited |
to an investment property revaluation reserve and accordingly no depreciation has been charged on this property. |
