| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| During the year the company made a Profit of £110,042 (2021 - £77,168) and has a balance sheet deficit at the year end of £518,276 (2021 - £628,318). However the going concern preparation is appropriate as the directors', Mr & Mrs Johnston, continue to support the business and have significant directors' loan balances advanced to the company of £843,411 at the year end. |

| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
