The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 30 April 2023

Principal Activities

The company "European Centre of Innovative Educational Technologies Ltd" was not activity. Company worked with Ukraine , Russia, Belarus...recruting pupils and studying in UK (Universities, Boarding schools and summer language courses).

Political and charitable donations

Personally, I support the Ukrainian army and periodically send money to support the troops of Ukraine.

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

No disabled people in company. I am alone as director and secretary

Additional information

When on February 2022, after Russia started a war and invaded Ukraine, my business stopped. Despite this, I believe that the business will revive and perhaps the direction of work will change
