Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 August 2022 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

The organisation continues to develop in providing services for animal rescue, rehabilitation, fostering & rehoming under the operational identity of National Exotics Animal Rescue Services.We continue to see a growth and development of local teams & resources.We have successfully operated an emergency contact number for animal emergencies available 24 hours per day there has been a substantial increase in the use of this number by the public.We continue to provide public events allowing access to education, information as well as entertainment.
