    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008).

    Turnover policy

    Turnover represents total sales invoiced in the period (net of VAT).

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided on tangible fixed assets as follows: Plant & Machinery: 20% Reducing Balance Basis, Fixtures and Fittings: 20% Reducing Balance Basis, and Motor Vehicles: 25% Straight Line Basis.
