| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Goodwill |
| Goodwill is recognised as an asset at cost and is subsequently measured at cost less accumulated amortisation. Goodwill is considered to have a finite useful life and is amortised on a systematic basis over its expected life, which is 10 years. |
| Intangible assets |
| Intangible assets are initially measured at cost. After initial recognition, intangible assets are measured at cost less any accumulated amortisation and any accumulated impairment losses. |

This is due to the continued support of the parent company Hey Farming Limited and by the director. The director has reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. |
