The company runs a community basketball club. During its 21/22 season, the club was able to return to its full programme of community activities benefitting that community in the following ways:1. Promoting community sports engagement and participation through active promotion of sporting activities.2. Working to widen participation in sport, reducing barriers and helping the community to deliver against health and wellbeing targets.3. Providing community basketball outreach programmes offering coaching and development in schools and colleges.4. The active promotion of sporting activity and its positive impact on health and wellbeing in the community.The club have maintained the relationship with key stakeholders throughout the 21/22 season to allow them to recover from the pandemic as strong as possible.
The company's stakeholders are residents of the community and surrounding area. The directors of the company have lived in the community for a number of years and developed the business for the club based on their experience of talking to other residents.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
