The company provided management, property maintenance and financial services to other community interest companies, charities and small residential leasehold residential management companies in the Northwest of England. This has helped these organisations fulfil their own objectives in providing services to their customers, beneficiaries and residents.Clients include Baltic Creative CIC, Wellbeing Enterprises CIC, The First Step (charity) and Health Equalities Group (charity).
The clients of the company are its principal stakeholders and the CIC was established to enable services to be provided to them. Once the company was established, clients were fully consulted about services, management arrangements and fees.Our staff maintain regular contact with clients regarding services and there are formal and informal mechanisms in place to obtain feedback from clients.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
