Notes to the financial statements

1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 1 (2021: 1 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

The director maintains a loan account with the company. At the beginning of the year the director owed the company £3,547. During the year there were advances to the director of £9,872 (2021 £26,446) and repayments of £12,158 (2021 £27,357). At the year end date the director owed the company £1,261. No interest was charged and no amounts were written off.

3. Going concern

At the reporting date, the company had net liabilities of £2,713. The director expects the company to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due with the continuing support of the director. Accordingly the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.

For the year ending 30 April 2022 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;

- The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
