THE CHRISTIAN CONFERENCE TRUST

Directors' report period ended 31 October 2022

The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 October 2022

Principal activities of the company

Promoting the Christian faith by providing facilities to Christian groups at less than the commercial rate for conferences, retreats and meetings. This is achieved by reinvesting the annual net surplus of the organsiation so as to continue to improve and develop the facilities available to guests

Additional information

Guest numbers and income is back to pre-pandemic levels and demand for Christian conferencing is at unprecedented levels. With demand at our centres extremely strong, we are actively exploring how the Trust can extend its presence in the Christian residential sector - specifically looking for new properties in the South-East and Midlands where the church is growing, with good road and rail access from major urban areas.
