1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparation |
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial |
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
The accounts have been prepared having regard to Technical Release 03/11 Residential Service Charge |
Accounts published jointly by the professional accountancy bodies, ARMA and RICS. |
Following advice in this technical release, service charge monies that are received from the residents of flats 197 |
- 213 (odds) The Sycamores, Milton, Cambridgeshire CB4 6ZD are held in trust for the residents and the relating |
expenditure on maintenance of the common parts, in accordance with the lease, are shown in separate service |
charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts. |
Accordingly, the comparative figures have been restated. |
2. | LIMITED BY GUARANTEE |
The members have each agreed to contribute to the assets of the company in the event of winding up, such |
contribution not to exceed £1. |
3. | FREEHOLD PROPERTY |
